«When we help another, we are helped. When we harm another, we harm ourselves. Perhaps even harder to grasp: When we harm ourselves, we harm the whole universe»
– Rachel Wooten
Why is MAGICCIRCLES needed?
The paradigm of linear organisation charts and hierarchies does more harm to the planet and its inhabitants than good.
How about a paradigm shift, starting with HOW we work together?
A waterproof “regenerative organisational operating system” is the Sociocratic Circle-Organization Method (SCM).
Shared leadership and dynamic governance enables a future-ready collaboration beyond the organigram world.

In order to help each other and absorb the opportunities and risks from the environment, linear management systems develop, at best, informal and often opaque structures.
Because:
- Linearly organized operating systems are not future-ready because they are designed for efficiency and effectiveness – and not for resilience to take advantage of crises
- Mutual support within and outside of organisations is undesirable in the existing power paradigm, but a prerequisite for a regenerative circular society
- The new generation of employees wants to work with impact, meaning and change the world (New Work)
By introducing the four basic principles of SCM, MAGICCIRCLES is implementing a future-proof operating system for new organisations More information on the four basic principles can be found here (in german)
The paradigm shift towards the four basic principles means that…
- Employees look forward to meetings and decisions at eye level
- shared leadership is lived
- the entrepreneurial (and personal!) future viability is catalysed
- the organisation positions itself as an attractive employer
Who does MAGICCIRCLES help?
- Start-up founders and managing directors
- Incubators and organizational developers
- Financing partners (e.g. family offices, philanthropists, patrons)

The (un)learning journey from a linear system to shared leadership is transformative for everyone – and is rarely truly complete without external help.

The implementation of the four basic principles of SCM requires professional help in order to learn how to work in circle structures – without harming yourself or others
This is what I offer with MAGICCIRCLES as an aspiring Certified Sociocracy Expert:
- Sociocratic meeting moderations to experience SCM (e.g. in project team meetings or workshops)
- 1:1 mentoring of people who are already working with shared leadership in their organisation (e.g. with Holacracy, Sociocracy, S3 or similar)
- Implementation of the SCM as a long-term operating system
Prices by arrangement (depending on initial situation, complexity and duration of use)
Example Glück-Hof Baldegg (Baden/Switzerland)
- Initial situation:
During the standardisation and storming phase of the solidary agriculture lighthouse project, it becomes clear that a different ‘type of management’ is needed. The desired method is sociocracy. - Added value of MAGICCIRCLES (as of Dec. 2024):
- Sociocratic moderation of circle meetings
- Transformational support for team breakthroughs (with MAGICVISUALS)
- Network activation & participatory mentoring

The vision of the paradigm shift with SCM: A network of top circles of individual companies forms a regenerative economic network and helps each other (Collective Impact Network)
Further fields of application for MAGICCIRCLES:
- Transforming existing organisations and companies towards shared leadership and dynamic governance
